All of the dining venues which entered the Good Food Awards scheme are marked with the symbol Taste of Staffordshire Entrant in our where to eat listing. This indicates that they have all been visited by professionally qualified restaurant inspectors who judge all aspects of their visit including quality of food and drink, service, presentation and use of local produce. The final winners are only decided after two separate mystery visits.
